Upon receiving your inquiry, I will carefully review the information and get back to you promptly – if necessary, with follow-up questions or a suggestion for a non-binding and complimentary initial consultation.
A brief preliminary assessment (where possible) is free of charge for you.
For a detailed, individually prepared quote, there may be costs associated with its creation for more complex requirements. I will, of course, inform you transparently about the amount in advance. These costs will be credited if you decide to proceed with the project.
Note on Inquiry Processing Time
As a solo entrepreneur, I focus on the high-quality delivery of every project. I respond to your inquiry promptly – promise!
However, preparing more extensive proposals requires deeper engagement with the subject matter. When I am working on project delivery, my primary focus is on that, alongside providing support for ongoing projects.
Depending on my current workload, it may therefore take some time before I can start processing new inquiries. Your project, too, will receive my full attention once I begin working on it.
